Build resilience

Before I go any further to talk about being resilient, I want you to take a deep breath and think of yourself; Ask yourself the question about resilience, what does it take to be resilient? Am I tough? What makes you think you're tough?

Let me start by discussing what it means to be resilient.

What is resilience?

According to the definition given by the Merriam Webster university dictionary, resilience is the ability of a forced body to regain its size and shape after deformation caused by integral stress. Secondly, it is the ability to recover or adapt quickly to misfortune or change, the power to recover from shock without being permanently deformed.

One of the main factors that have kept successful and famous people is their level of resilience, be it sports, economic, educational, technological, and in all sectors of life, which always differentiates successful people from the most hostile. The competitive environment or environment is your extraordinary mental strength to succeed. I have seen circumstances where people who thrive to achieve in a tough situation lose their ability to stay resilient despite the difficult situation they face; most of them end up giving up on their dreams, and they also fade away, or They change their environment to other places. Why this is so, it is merely because they have not designed a way to remain determined in their quest for survival.

If you must be resilient, you must make up your mind not to give up in stressful situations; you must stand your ground no matter what happens. You must stay focused on the result. Most of the successful people in today's world not only achieved success in one day, in fact, successful people generally go through a long journey before they arrive, and there are various levels of activities they go through. Most of the time it is what they conceive in their minds, and that's where it all begins, they thought of something, they thought about it for some time, they began to see the possibility of giving it life, they begin the process, from one method to another, in science, is idea, knowledge, hypothesis, methodology, experiment, theory and conclusion.

These activities are aimed at knowing something and bringing it into existence, and, if it works, it becomes a generally accepted phenomenon. Therefore, you must understand that successful people typically go through some stages and activities that shape their destiny, for example, people who play sports. Usually, they enroll in one academy or the other, and the basics of games are being thought about, those who get the vision will quickly start processing in their brains and gradually settling in them. The skill and cunning of sports are exposed to them, the coaches or coaches begin to discover the talents, and that's it, and the individual involved captures it and develops it in the brain.

The process begins with knowing and having the opportunity to be exposed to the training that will make you think that you just have to keep doing what you are doing.
